Capital has refined which utilizes a combination of tangible assets
such as cash, idle production, unsold capacity, patent, trademark or
licensing rights, future production, unsold franchises and/or equity
and convertible debt securities to acquire goods and services that meet
the financial and/or business needs of our clients.)
Worldwide
Ventures works with management to prepare them and complete equity
financings for their businesses typically in a range up to $50 million
with a number of brand-name institutional funds and strategic corporate
partners. We also work with earlier stage companies on seed and bridge
financing when we strongly believe in management or the business
concept. We focus on
working closely with management to ensure the proper positioning for
the highest and best funding—whether it be from private placements,
angels, or venture capitalists. When necessary, we assist in the
formation of management teams and strategic corporate relationships to
improve the success of a rapid funding. We strongly believe that
management's time is most valued on operations, while we work swiftly
to identify the proper investors and manage the equity funding process
to a quick and successful closing.
