Worldwide Ventures Fund is
in process of formation to take a principal role in providing
operational funding to deliver new products and services and capture
the Company's identified market opportunity. The Fund will tend
to work closely with the Strategic Consultant Group's efforts to ensure
a high probability of success with committed capital.
