| Lawrence F. Steffann, Managing Partner.
Lawrence has spent 25 year in the technology industry, the last ten
as an officer of public companies. Mr. Steffann founded WorldWide
Ventures in January of 1997 after being introduced to the technology
boom in Israel. The company initially filled the role of creating
strategic partnerships with US based companies in need of technology
partners. Over the past several years a broader range of services
where offered by World Wide Ventures. Prior to returning to World
Wide Ventures Mr. Steffann was President and CEO of nStor
Technologies, a leading data storage company. After completing a
merger of nStor Technologies with Anadataco, a San Diego based data
storage company as well as the sale of the company's software
division to Qlogic, Mr. Steffann with Mr. Sultan have aggressively
refocused World Wide Ventures to offer a broader offering of
services. The company now has several offices through out the United
States with several affiliated offices worldwide. Prior to nStor,
Lawrence was COO of Boca Research a data communication
company-distributing product worldwide. The company sales approached
$300 million dollars in annualized revenue as well as reaching
historic heights in its stock price. Mr. Steffann has experience in
numerous fields ranging from financial management, strategic and
tactical marketing, sales distribution and organization. Lawrence
spent several years in the contract electronic manufacturing field
as well running several US based manufacturing facilities as a
corporate officer. Mr. Steffann's vast experiences from initial seed
funding for start ups, to international mergers and acquisition
gives WorldWide Ventures a tremendous depth of operational
experience.

Craig Sultan,
Managing Partner. Craig has over ten years institutional research,
banking, and private equity funding experience. Prior to founding
the Capital Advisory group of World Wide Ventures, Craig was a Managing
Director at AMT Capital Partners and Shoreline Pacific where he focused
on financial advisory services and private placement funding for both
public and private companies. He spent the prior eight years in investment
banking and sell-side institutional research at Banc of America Securities
(formerly Montgomery Securities), Unterberg, Harris, C.E. Unterberg
Towbin, and Pacific Growth Equities, where he was responsible for
over a quarter of a billion dollars in public offerings in the telecommunications,
Internet, systems, and software applications markets.
During the 1980s, Craig held senior technical roles at Hughes
Aircraft Company where he began as a designer of radar systems for
fighter aircrafts and then subsequently moved into a corporate position
where he was involved in the corporate strategy and deployment of
technical analysis software, computer workstations, and high-speed
data networks for the Company. Craig is an advisor to BarBanker, LLC,
a provider of real-time inventory management of all facets of a Bar
through a patented wireless technology process . Craig holds an MBA
in Finance from Columbia University, an MS in Computer Engineering
from the University of Southern CA, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering
at Columbia University.
While as an equity securities analyst, Craig was well regarded in
several independent rating reviews, and was quoted extensively in
such leading industry publications as the following: The Wall Street
Journal, Investors Business Daily, Bloomberg News, Dow Jones
News, Reuters, ComputerWorld, San Francisco Chronicle, San Jose Mercury

| Elazar Katz, Senior partner.
Elazar has over 20 years of corporate executive experience in both
public and private companies. A pioneer in the field of
mortgage-backed securities, Elazar developed systems for analyzing
and monitoring over $2 billion of mortgages and co-authored a
chapter on investing in CMBS Bonds (Commercial Mortgage Backed
Securities, edited by Frank Fabozzi). Elazar
participated in the growth of two financial companies from inception
to public offering, among them Asset Investors Corporation (which
grew to $120 million) and Commercial Asset Investors. Elazar has
experience in using supercomputers for enterprise risk management
and enterprise financial planning applications, and served as VP of
Internet Strategies for a $100 million public company (SS&C
Technologies). Elazar holds a BS in Mechanical
Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel
and Post Graduate Studies in Civil Engineering and Operations
Research from the same institute.

| Robert Aronoff, Partner. Rob has over sixteen years of experience in
Fortune 500 companies (Sun Microsystems, Eastman Kodak, Microsoft),
business strategy and technology consulting (Coopers & Lybrand,
Peat Marwick, Digital Directions), small-cap/startup companies (BrandEra.com),
and large-scale industry consortium initiatives (the Digital Imaging
Group). Rob has senior executive experience in marketing,
strategy, business development, sales, fundraising and
organizational development. Rob also possesses a wide range of
product expertise covering digital media, enterprise computing,
networking (LAN, WAN, wireless), middleware (databases and
deployment architectures), marketing and advertising, and
business/professional/consumer solutions. Rob holds B.A.'s in
Computer Science and Economics from Brandeis University where he was
recognized as a Milton Feld Economics Scholar, and a M.B.A. from the
M.I.T. Sloan School of Management where he was awarded the William L
Stewart Award for Outstanding Contributions to M.I.T.

| Patrick
Curtin, Vice President, Strategic Development. Patrick has over 20 years experience as
an enterprising leader and innovative strategist successful at
formulating and implementing corporate/market development plans for
complex / high-end products & services, particularly on an
international scope. He is best known for being a
relationship-builder and results-oriented executive with a track
record of success in operations, marketing & sales; corporate
strategic development; and foreign subsidiary management. Most
recently CEO of the American subsidiary of the LauraStar Group of
Switzerland, he led the launch of this prestigious brand in the
North American market. Leveraging management, distribution and
business development experience in several European countries from
previous positions, Patrick possesses a unique perspective of the
complex array of challenges that companies encounter when entering
new/global markets as well as of the range of solutions available.
Having studied at University College Dublin, and in the United
States, Patrick holds a Master’s Degree in International Business
Administration (M.I.B.A.). His multilingual facility and
multicultural professional experience equip him to be a natural
‘bridge’ between North America and Europe.

| Michael J. Kuntz, Partner. Michael has over ten years of investment
banking and financial executive expertise. Michael was
previously the CFO and COO of Cirrus Digital Communications, a
company focused on delivering multiple digital communication
services over copper infrastructure. He helped prepare the
company for a $20 million financing. He was also the CFO of
CyberAction where he was responsible for all financial decisions and
funding preparation work. Previously, Michael spent nearly ten
years as a Vice President of Corporate Finance at such firms as
Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc., Pacific Growth Equities, and Pennsylvania
Merchant Group, where he identified and processed a number of debt
and equity transactions representing over a half-a-billion dollars
in financings for over 30 companies. Michael received his BS
from Boston College, and MBA from Duke University.

| René V.O. Morentin, Partner. Rene' has over tens years of professional private equity banking
experience. He was president and founder of Pantheon Capital
Partners a Los Angeles-based investment banking firm that
specializes in financing emerging growth companies, with an emphasis
on technology, telecommunications and the internet, Mergers and
Acquisitions, and Latin America transactions. Mr. Morentin has spent
his entire career in the investment banking, merchant banking and
commercial banking fields. Mr. Morentin has worked successfully with
executives from Fortune 500 companies, middle-market companies and
start-up ventures. Mr. Morentin has served as Managing Director of
The Kensington Group, a Los Angeles-based investment banking firm, a
Vice President of Manufacturers Bank, 1992 to 1994, Senior Vice
President at Trafalgar Holdings, Ltd., a Los Angeles-based merchant
bank specializing in mergers and acquisitions and off-shore project
finance, 1987 to 1989, Corporate and Institutional Services –
Emerging Growth Group, Merrill Lynch, 1985 to 1986, and with The
Bank of America in Corporate Banking, 1981 to 1983. Mr.
Morentin received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of
Management in 1983 and a B.S. in Finance from the University of
Arizona in 1981. In June 2000, Mr. Morentin was awarded an
honorary doctorate degree in international law from the Mexican
Institute of International Law. Mr. Morentin serves on the

Brent Leathwood, Partner. Brent has 17 years of
working experience in the financial and energy markets. Brent
is the founder and Managing Partner of Volatility Advisory &
Analytics, Inc., based in Toronto, which provides high level
consulting and venture capital services throughout North America to
senior officers of (1) companies in the energy industry (2)
companies that provide goods and services to the energy industry,
and (3) companies that finance and/or invest in companies in the
energy industry on issues that they deem strategic to their
company's success. He has held various senior management
positions in the areas of fixed income, foreign exchange and energy
commodities resulting in extensive experience in capital markets
transactions, derivative securities modeling, commodity trading,
enterprise risk management and IT systems. For the past 3 years
Brent has operated VAA advising clients in the Energy Vertical.
Before forming VAA, Brent was Director of Risk Management -
Electricity Trading at PanEnergy in Houston, where he was
responsible for risk managing and optimizing an integrated portfolio
of physically and financially settled power and natural gas
transactions. Prior to this, Brent managed a portfolio of derivative
securities for Banque Paribas in New York, was Senior Vice
President, Interest Rate Derivatives at Patriot Securities in New
York and was Vice President, Swaps and Options at Shorcan
International in Toronto. Brent holds Bachelor of Commerce (1983)
and MBA (1986) degrees in Finance specializing in quantitative
methods, international finance and strategic management from
Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. Brent is World Wide
Venture's Canadian affiliate partner. |

Roland Chemtob, Partner. Roland has been a managing partner and founder with the
financial advisory and investment banking group of AMT Capital, Inc.
since 1997. AMT had raised close to $2.5 Billion over a three
year period in debt and equity for M&A and private equity
investments for both public and private companies. AMT focused
on the semiconductor sector, traditional businesses as well as new
economy and emerging technologies. Prior to
AMT, Mr. Chemtob worked at various operations and equity focused
positions the financial services, banking and software sectors.
He held positions with Fortune 500 companies including Xerox, IBM
and ADP as well as running a private legal/accounting focused
software development and consulting organization.

technical expertise in product development. David was Founder,
President and CEO of Telinet Technologies, and was previously the VP
of Research and Development for Boca Research, Inc. David has

applications, Internet marketing and E-commerce, and corporate
